Hey Trench
Its a tricky process
go here :
http://www.holysh1t.net/quake-live-commands-list/cg_autoaction autorecords demo and/or endgame screenshot, 0 = do nothing, 1 = demo, 2 = screenshot, 3 = demo + screenshot
using the cg_autoaction command will record ya demos, but it puts a message on your hud. there is a command to remove the message, but I have forgoten. best way to go is forums and google.
all my games are recorded, they get saved into a folder in the qlive folders. when i get a decent shot i go into the folder and copy paste it into my goodhit folder. make sure you create a shortcut and put in desktop once you have found your qlive folders.
once you have recorded a demo
this is the process:
Download FRAPS, open it,
open practice match for quake
load your demo
wait for the time your shot was (boring) you can fastfoward
press he FRAPS record button before you do your shot
wait for it to end, press stop record button
load up video editing programme
load video there edit it etc
save file as youtube friendly file
upload to youtube.
I suggest googling how to record demos and upload to youtube. Its how I learnt. I have tryed finding you some links, but they all seem more recent with differant shit. GoodLuck
Cheers
